Learn a full set of yogic practices that include breathing exercises as well as some rejuvenating practices for the joints over the course of a week, in seven 1-hour sessions. These practices are very simple and safe, and can be attempted by anyone.

Hatha Yoga 101

Start here if you are completely new to yoga. We will start from the absolute basics by first learning how to sit cross-legged on the floor and some simple asanas to strengthen your back.
